RETURN POLICY We will replace or refund the purchase price in full on any item found to be defective at our discretion. If we shipped you something other than what you ordered, we will correct our error at no additional cost to you. If you have an item to return, please contact us BEFORE you ship us anything. C.O.D. deliveries will be refused without prior arrangements being made.
It can be tricky making the correct purchase from the various offered bicycle parts and accesories. There are many compatibility issues that may come to bear when you make purchase decisions without the benefit of a professional mechanic's guidance. It is your responsibility to be certain that what you order is what you want. If you simply ordered the wrong item, we expect that you will bear the cost of returning the goods to us at your expense. Items that you might damage cosmetically or otherwise while "trying them out" does not count as "defective" so be very careful. Any item you seek to return must be unused and undamaged in original packaging. All merchandise offered by mail is covered only by whatever warranty is extended by its manufacturer.
All returns must be postmarked within (15) days of receipt. Returned items (except those that are found defective or mishipped) will be assesed a %10 restocking fee and the receipt of item to us in new and unused condition must be verified before your account will be credited.
